🔄 Can I return my order? +
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn shapewear cannot be returned. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout including PayPal and Shop Pay.
🌍 Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
📬 How do I track my order? +
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
🧼 How do I care for my shapewear? +
We recommend hand washing in cold water or using a gentle machine cycle. Avoid tumble drying and ironing to preserve the shape and elasticity of the fabric.
💬 I received a damaged item, what do I do? +
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at lumiere.customerservice.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and we will resolve it immediately.
