Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read carefully before purchasing.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
📏 Wrong Size
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item unused within 14 days and place a new order for the correct size.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
